- 6 lbs Marris Otter*
- 1/2 lbs CaraRed*
- 1 lb Briess dry malt extract pale
- 1/2 oz Fuggles 45m*
- 1/4 oz Fuggles 15m*
- 1 TSP Ginger root 15m
- 1 TSP Lavender 15m
- 1 TSP irish moss 15 m
- Irish Ale WLP004 and nutrient*

OG = 1.073
(projected Tinseth 14 SRM 9 OG 1.097 FG 1.023 ABV 9.7% at 75% efficiency) If FG=1.017 then 56% effieciency and 7.33%ABV
4/28/2013 - Lavender. Fresh. Floral. Biscuit . High first carbonation. I'm getting some attack from possibly the ginger or lavender. More on the sweet side than malty. Nice color. Needs more conditioning time. The ginger with the lavender creates an interesting “attack”.
