2 cans of Canadian Draft
1 can Pale Export
1/4 oz Hallertau hops
1 tsp Irish moss
Saflager S-23 Dry Lager Yeast
NET WEIGHT 0.41 OZ (11.5 GRAMS)

This dry lager yeast strain is used by several commercial breweries, and produces malt-balanced lagers over a wide temperature range. Fruit esters increase with fermentation temperature. An excellent choice for virtually any lager style. Each packet contains enough yeast for up to 2 batches!

Temperature Range: 51-59° F (optimal), up to 75° F.

4/14/12  OG= 1.010
4/15/12  OG= 1.010. was pretty clear. Bottled today. Tasted better than when I used the sugar boosters.

Saflager W-34/70 Dry Lager Yeast

This famous yeast strain from Weihenstephan in Germany is used world-wide within the brewing industry. This strain has become the most popular strain for lager brewing and is used by industrial breweries and brewing groups around the globe.
Temperature Range: 48-59° F
1 booster
1 tsp - irish moss – last 10 minutes
3/17/12 – gravity = 1.010
3/18/12 – gravity = 1.010. clearer. bottled today with corn sugar.
4/6/12 - Nice.hoppy.bitter.strong. good head retention. Still a slight ciderness.
