- 2 lbs Vienna
- 90m mash 60m boil
- 4 oz honey
- Amarillo ¼ oz 25m
- Fuggles ¼ oz 10m
- Fuggles ¼ oz 5m
- Muntons Standard
- Irish 15m
- Yeast nutrient ½ TBS
- OG 1.051 at 60F (SRM8Tinseth16Eff60%) I did not tilt to get the rest
of the mash out. Sparge took 10 minutes with 1 gallon.
