- OG=1.020 at 65F ( recalculated
to 59F OG = 1.020). I might as well wait the 14 days. It was still highly
carbonated and clouded. Strong healthy yeast smell. Tasted good.

7/18/2012-1.015 gravity at

7/19/2012 -1.015 gravity at
63F – 4.9%ABV. The liquid yeast makes less sediment or maybe they were still active
floating around? Tasted fine. Bottled.
8/11/2012 – the next 2
bottles were still sour.
8/14/2012 – It's now a Belgian lager!
